About the role

We're looking for a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to join our Sales and Customer Success team. You’ll be creating great relationships with our current customers, making sure they achieve real value from our system every day, and maximising sales revenue through growth of accounts.

We’ll encourage you to grow and develop in your role and career, and support you to continuously look at ways to innovate in customer relationship management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning our customer relationship plan – Develop and proactively manage a strategic plan to maintain regular contact and nurture exceptional relationships with our current customers
  • Delivering added value – Speaking to key administrators ensuring they are using the system to its fullest potential, inspiring interest in our product development and scheduling demonstrations as necessary
  • Developing accounts – Grow accounts and customer loyalty by implementing a range of agreed activities aimed to maximise customer expansions and upsells; working to monthly sales targets
  • Creating brand advocates – inspiring customers with our software and encouraging individuals to provide references and testimonials
  • Keeping customers happy – Working alongside the Sales, Support and Customer Success teams, promote high levels of customer satisfaction and retention; be a trusted and key point of contact for our customers
  • Accurate data - Verifying and updating key contact information through our Salesforce system
  • Team-player – Collaborate with our internal teams, especially our Marketing and Sales teams, to make sure everyone is kept continually in the loop


About you

To help make sure we’re delivering world-class software solutions, you must:

  • Be really customer-centric, with a drive to deliver an amazing service at each interaction
  • Be self-motivated, pro-active and have a ‘never give up’ attitude
  • Have solid experience in account management, business development or sales/software sales
  • Be an excellent communicator in person, over the phone and in writing
  • Have a strong understanding of the sales process and sales cycles
  • Have a real passion for technology
  • Have an understanding of web-based applications
  • Have a solid knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Be a great problem-solver
  • Be able to successfully juggle lots of different activities at once
