Your continued use of the e-days Absence Management site following the posting of any changes to these terms shall mean that you have accepted those changes.
1.The promoter is e-days Absence Management Limited, Ground Floor, Canalside house, 6 Canal Street, NG1 7EH (the “Promoter”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the promotion form part of these terms and conditions.
2.The promotion will commence at 00:00 (BST) on 09/05/2019 and will close at 23:59 (BST) on 30/09/19 (“Promotion Period”).
3.The promotion is open to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents aged eighteen (18) and over who accept these terms and conditions (each, a “Participant”, “Participants” or “you”).
4.Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies, and their families or households, and anyone else professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to participate.
5.Any entries submitted by agents, third parties, organized groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted by the Promoter.
ENTRY AND THE PRIZE DRAW
6.To enter the Prize Draw (as defined below), each Participant submit a review and/or provide feedback through email invitation or e-days.co.uk by entering their name and a valid email address in the relevant fields on the online form (“Form”) and successfully submit the form in full (“Entry” or if multiple the “Entries”) during the Promotion Period to be entered into a draw to win an Apple iPad 9.7 inch (the “Prize”).
7.Limited to one (1) Entry per Participant. Any Form submitted after the Promotion Period will not generate an Entry.
8. There is 1 prizes to be won. The winner selected at random by a verified electronic automated process from all Entries received (each winning individual Participant the “Winner” or together the “Winners”). Each Winner will be notified via email within five (5) working days following the expiry of the Promotion Period.
9.Each Winner will have seven (7) days from the date the notification email to claim their Prize, by replying with information as requested. The Prize shall be delivered to the address provided by the Winner by 31/10/19.
10 No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
11.The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all reasonable actions necessary to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries including, without limitation, to request further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details.
12.The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions, or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this promotion.
13.In the event that a Winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, which shall be the next Entry selected at random.
14.Details of the winner (surname and county) will be made available on request by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Promoter.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
15.Any personal data relating to Participants will be collected in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy notice found here: https://www.e-days.co.uk/terms-and-conditions and for the Prize Draw to be ran by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Prize Draw on behalf of the Promoter. 16.Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, for the purposes of operating the Prize Draw the information provided by you when entering the Prize Draw or claiming the Prize will not be used for any promotional purpose unless you have opted in to accept marketing communications.
17.The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary these terms and conditions.
18.The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
19.The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with this Prize Draw.
20.By entering this Prize Draw, you agree to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
21.Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless you live in another part of the UK or in Ireland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
22.If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
