Business Development Executive - Software Sales - Nottingham, City Centre, UK

Sales executives - come and join e-days in Nottingham! We have the most advanced absence management solution available globally and we're expanding very quickly. We're looking for bright, enthusiastic sales people to work on lead generation by telephone.

The role is based in Nottingham, close to the train and tram stations. Salary £18k + commission per lead

The role involves:

  • Researching and building sector specific contact databases
  • Verifying decision-maker contact (email / phone / job titles)
  • Making calls to decision-makers
  • Giving elevator pitch to decision-makers, gaining interest in our product and closing on a demo or sales call for the sales team
  • Handling objections by delivering a pre-defined objection response
  • Providing email follow-ups to contacts

Performance is measured by:

  • Having daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls made, decision-maker conversations
  • Having weekly targets for minimum number of qualified leads and sale appointment bookings
