SaaS Account Manager - Sales - Nottingham, UK


e-days is the global Software-as-a-Service leader in employee leave tracking & sickness management solutions. There are over 175,000 employees using e-days on a daily basis. Customers include household name firms such as Canon Europe, Sony Music, Interserve, BSI Group, AXA, M&G, Moneycorp and over 1000 more. To support further rapid growth we’re looking for a talented B2B Account Manager (Sales) to join our customer success and sales team.


  • Working with existing customers to expand accounts through cross and upsell initiatives (this position carries a monthly sales target £)
  • To maximise the value customers obtain through their use of e-days
  • To create e-days brand advocates
  • To achieve customer referencability and referrals
  • To maximise customer loyalty (+95% annual customer retention target)


  • You have very strong conversational and written skills
  • You enjoy taking responsibility and working in small teams with a high level of autonomy
  • You’re highly organised and very hardworking
  • You’re good with technology and systems, and meticulous in your work
  • You’re competitive and driven
  • You want to sell a SaaS product that solves real business problems


  • Liaising with customers and prospects (mainly via telephone & email with a limited number of client visits)
  • Performing web-based product demos
  • Leveraging a consultative approach to determine customer expansion opportunities
  • Proactively selling into multiple levels of an organization
  • Consistently building new pipeline


  • Degree educated
  • 3+ years of work experience providing customer facing sales presentations
  • Someone happy to work in Nottingham City-centre
  • With a happy and positive outlook to work
