Did you know that you can customise precisely which areas of e-days are available to your staff? This is done through the 'roles' functionality, and includes the ability to build entirely new roles which can be assigned to groups of staff, but also to adjust the role assigned to a specific individual, where required. Just two of the ways that we have seen this used include affording restricted administration access to team leaders (and in turn delegating responsibility for general updates and corrections to their team members' accounts), or to offer certain non-managers with access to reports. There are a host of other possible scenario's as well, which we will look to make clear during the webinar!
