The cost of e-days is determined by the number of employee records you wish to manage within your e-days system. There are no associated hardware costs making e-days extremely cost effective.

Licenses are initially purchased for one year with an extra month given to you free of charge for year one; licenses are then renewed annually. If you require additional licenses part way through the year then extra licenses are charged pro-rata.

e-days is deployed remotely, allowing the e-days support team to complete setup within a matter of days. A modest one-off setup fee covers all data import, system configuration and  professional administrator training, meaning staff can use e-days with maximum effect from day one.

Finally, the annual license covers e-days usage, hosting, support, maintenance and ongoing system enhancements / functional developments.
