Online holiday booking

Staff can book time off online quickly and easily. Simply submit a request and e-days automatically alerts line managers via email. Once approved staff receive immediate confirmation - there's no more need for back and forth emails.

Email notifications

e-days automates communication between employees and managers, sending request alerts via email to inform staff when absence requests are submitted and approved.

Entitlement tracking

e-days track holiday entitlement, sickness absence, overtime, time off in lieu and Bradford Factor scoring, displaying a real-time summary of all absence activity on user dashboards to ensure staff are always well informed. 

Shared calendars

With online calendars staff can see who's off at a glance, allowing teams to co-ordinate time off and plan project resources more effectively. Outlook integration allows users to synchronise personal and team calendars using iCal feeds.

Overtime & TOIL tracking

e-days provides organisations with the functionality to track overtime worked and time off in lieu earned/used against individual user records, providing staff with an accurate time-stamped account of all absence activity.
